As an Integrative Counsellor (BSc) specialising in Psychosexual Therapy (St-PGDip/MSc), I understand that reaching out for support especially around intimacy, sexuality, or relationships can feel vulnerable. My aim is to offer a safe, grounded space where you can explore whatever feels important to you. My sessions are collaborative, I work alongside you as you explore your experiences, make sense of patterns, and develop healthier, more fulfilling ways of relating to yourself and others. Together, we will explore what feels helpful, meaningful, and achievable for you, using therapeutic and psychological tools tailored to your growth, your pace, and the challenges you wish to work through. I warmly welcome clients from diverse backgrounds who value culturally sensitive therapy.
