About Me I’m Mirlene Santos, an Integrative Counsellor with a special interest in psychosexual and relationship therapy. I offer a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space for individuals and couples to explore difficulties around intimacy, sexuality, and emotional wellbeing. My therapeutic approach is collaborative and tailored to your needs, drawing from a range of modalities including person-centred counselling, cognitive-behavioural techniques, and coaching strategies. Whether you’re navigating low desire, sexual dysfunction, performance anxiety, or communication issues in your relationship, I aim to support you with empathy and care. I hold a BSc (Hons) in Counselling and Coaching and am a Registered Member of the BACP (MBACP). I am currently working towards accreditation with COSRT as part of my specialist training in psychosexual and relationship therapy. My aim is to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful and lasting changes in your life and relationships.
